With more than 20 years of experience in corporate development, executive search and HR Advisory, Mikael combines strategic insight with a global perspective to help organizations align talent with growth.
He spent 15 years at HSBC, where he led international client development across US, Europe and Asia before co-founding and heading business management for a global scale-up specialised in international talent mobility. Since 2021, he has driven business development in Asia for Lincoln, a global executive search firm, successfully supporting global MNCs and talents across industries and geographies.
A French citizen with experience in France, South Korea, Singapore and China, Mikael has executed projects in mutilple regions, giving him a deep understanding of multicultural environments and cross-border business challenges.
